Virtual Assistant for Investor Relations & Strategic Partnerships

Description:
I’m currently developing strategic investor relationships across the GCC and Asia and need a sharp, business-focused virtual assistant to support key projects such as Millennium Capital and investor outreach for retail expansion.

This role involves research, investor communication, organizing pitch materials, and coordinating closely with the editor and content manager for business-related content execution.

Responsibilities:

Create, update, and format investor pitch decks

Research investors, stockists, and partners

Reach out every day through emails, dms, groups etc

Maintain outreach tracking sheets with statuses and notes

Assist in preparing legal documents and partnership proposals

Brief the editor on business-related content and investor-facing reels

Coordinate with the content manager to align post scheduling

Only require final confirmation from me on content strategy or deck content


Requirements:

Fluent English, strong professional writing

Experience in investor relations, startups, or business development

Highly organized, independent, and responsive

Familiar with Google Suite, PowerPoint, Canva

Bonus: Knowledge of MENA region, startup landscape, or CR setup


Details:

Monthly Budget: $300–350

Hours: 17- 20 hours per week

Remote, flexible with structured weekly updates
