Job Description:
We’re looking for a persuasive and motivated Cold Caller Sales Representative to lead our customer reactivation efforts. In this role, you’ll reach out to previous customers, reintroduce the brand, and promote new product bundles and discount offers to encourage repeat purchases.
This is a high-impact, outbound sales role focused on relationship-building, product pitching, and driving conversions.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to previous customers from our database.
Promote new product bundles, seasonal deals, and special offers.
Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products.
Accurately log call outcomes, responses, and follow-ups using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales and outreach goals.
Deliver a positive, enthusiastic brand experience on every call.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer sales (CPG experience is a plus).
Excellent English communication skills (C2 level).
Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily. (B2C)
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
Experience with CRM or call-tracking tools preferred.
