Our design work is at the heart of how we communicate this mission—and now, we’re looking for a talented, creative, and forward-thinking Part-Time Virtual Graphics Designer to join us for the long run.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As our Virtual Graphics Designer, you’ll help bring our international programs to life through compelling visuals. From embassy event posters to digital campaigns and learning materials, your work will help bridge cultures and tell impactful stories.

You won’t just be creating visuals—you’ll also be thinking strategically. We value designers who can use tools like ChatGPT to brainstorm ideas, speed up workflows, and elevate creative output.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design high-quality graphics for embassy events, educational materials, and social media
2. Create original posters and print-ready materials using Adobe Illustrator—beyond templates
3. Collaborate with our content and video teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling
4. Use AI tools like ChatGPT to support ideation, planning, and creative execution
5. Maintain clean, organized file structures and professional-level export workflows
6. Stay up-to-date with design and AI trends to continuously evolve your craft
7. Manage multiple projects while maintaining communication with our remote team

What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong portfolio showcasing original, culturally sensitive design work
2. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (non-negotiable) and Photoshop
3. Experience in creating posters and print materials from scratch
4. Familiarity with using AI tools like ChatGPT in a design context
5. Excellent storytelling skills—especially across multicultural themes
6. Dependability, adaptability, and ability to meet deadlines
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills in a virtual environment

Bonus Points If You Have:
1. Experience in international or cultural exchange initiatives
2. Familiarity with Chinese or other global cultural aesthetics
