Remote Amazon Product Ordering Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Amazon Product Ordering Specialist to support our operations team in sourcing and placing orders from Amazon. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to navigate the Amazon platform efficiently and has experience in product ordering

Responsibilities:
- Search and select the correct products on Amazon based on given product lists or specifications
- Place orders on Amazon accurately and efficiently using company-provided accounts
- Ensure product availability and select the best shipping options based on delivery timelines and cost
- Monitor order statuses and troubleshoot any delivery or fulfillment issues
- Track and log order details, receipts, and shipping confirmations in shared systems
- Communicate with the internal team regarding delays, substitutions, or order problems

Requirements
- Experience ordering from Amazon
- Familiarity with Amazon Prime, product listings, third-party sellers, and buyer protection policies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic spreadsheet or data entry skills (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Must be reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
