We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Co-Host to help manage our short-term and mid-term rental properties.

This is a flexible, part-time role — perfect for someone who may already be co-hosting other listings and is familiar with short-term rental platforms.

What We’re Looking For:
-Experience with OwnerRez is a must
-Proven co-hosting experience on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO
-Excellent guest communication skills and problem-solving ability
-Responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities:
-Guest messaging, scheduling, and follow-ups
-Calendar and listing management via OwnerRez
-Coordinating turnovers and handling issues during stays
-Review management and platform communication
-General coordination and admin support for rentals
