What You'll Do
• Create 10 compelling lead-generating posts per week (text and image format)
• Create 10 compelling lead-generating posts per week (video format, including HeyGen content)
• Maximize our Launch Calendar, ensuring all product launches are supported with strong pre- and post-launch content
• Lead, manage, and hold accountable two video editors
• Report directly to your designated leaders
• Contribute to our proven six-step process from Discovery to Reviews and Referrals

Compensation & Growth
• Base Rate: Hourly and payable bi-weekly
• Performance Incentive: Earn productivity-enhancing technology tools upon successfully generating 5 closed deals, helping you create even more compelling content and close more business
• Performance Reviews: Formal review every 90 days with opportunity for compensation adjustments

What Success Looks Like
Within 90 days, you'll have:
• Established a consistent flow of high-performing content across multiple channels
• Generated leads that convert into closed deals and commission opportunities
• Contributed significantly to our ambitious Q2 sales targets
• Supported our strategic sales team expansion by the end of Q2
• Created content that supports our Core Focus: "We transform natural events into revenue opportunities"
