eBook Cover & Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design high-quality eBook covers, workbooks, and digital graphics for our entrepreneurship, faith-based, and educational programs. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, understands branding, and can translate concepts into visually appealing designs that capture attention and communicate value.

This is a remote, project-based role with potential for long-term collaboration.
Design professional eBook covers for Amazon Kindle, PDF, and print-ready formats.
• Create workbook layouts, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and have a polished, consistent look.
• Work with the content team to understand project vision and turn concepts into creative visuals.
• Deliver designs in multiple formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD/AI).
• Revise designs based on feedback with a fast turnaround.
• Manage multiple projects at a time and meet deadlines consistently.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in graphic design, specifically eBook cover design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva (Pro preferred).
• Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
• Ability to create eye-catching, marketable book covers that stand out.
• Familiarity with Amazon KDP, Lulu, or other self-publishing platforms (a plus).
• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and deliver on time.
