We are looking for an experienced Dispute Manager who specializes in PayPal disputes within the e-commerce space, preferably with knowledge of the fashion niche. You will play a key role in protecting revenue by responding effectively to claims and optimizing our dispute win rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle PayPal disputes such as "Item Not Received", "Significantly Not as Described", and "Unauthorized Transaction".
- Collect and submit compelling evidence (tracking info, order details, customer communication).
- Identify dispute trends and advise on preventative actions.
- Track and follow up on all open cases.
- Report on monthly dispute performance and win rates.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve issues quickly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing PayPal disputes.
- E-commerce experience required; fashion industry is a plus.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Fast, organized, and able to work independently.
