We are a conversion rate optimization (CRO) agency focused exclusively on eCommerce brands. Our mission is to help ecom stores scale profitably by improving website performance through A/B testing, landing pages, and deep customer research. We work with high-growth brands doing $50K–$500K+/month.

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Cold Outreach Specialist who:
Has proven experience doing cold outreach for eCommerce agencies
Ideally has worked with CRO or performance marketing agencies
Has existing SOPs, tools, and workflows they can bring and execute with minimal supervision
Is results-driven and understands how to build pipelines of qualified leads (not random mass-blasting)

Responsibilities
Research and identify qualified eCommerce brand prospects (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
Write and send cold emails and/or LinkedIn messages using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Clay, etc.
Manage inbox replies, follow-ups, and handle objections
Track performance metrics and optimize messaging over time
Book discovery calls directly into the agency’s calendar

Must-Have Experience
1+ year doing cold outreach for an eCommerce-focused agency
Familiarity with Shopify brands and the ecom landscape
Hands-on with cold email and/or LinkedIn tools (e.g., Instantly, Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist)
Strong written English and ability to write customized, relevant messages
Ability to work independently, own results, and manage outreach without micromanagement

Nice-to-Have
Experience working with a CRO agency or pitching CRO services
Understanding of marketing terms like CVR, AOV, landing pages, etc.
Existing network of potential ecom leads is a big bonus
