Virtual Assistant – Serviced Accommodation (Airbnb & Booking.com Experience)

Job Overview:
We are a UK-based serviced accommodation company looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. You will help manage short-term rental operations across platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, support guest communications, and assist with admin and content tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working with short-term rental platforms and is comfortable using Excel and Canva. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Daily Tasks Will Include:
Responding to guest inquiries and messages via Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms

Managing booking calendars, guest reviews, and pricing updates

Coordinating cleaners and maintenance via WhatsApp, Trello, or similar tools

Updating Excel spreadsheets (bookings, expenses, reports)

Creating simple designs and documents in Canva (guest guides, social posts, etc.)

General admin and operational support

Required Skills & Experience:
At least 1 year of VA experience (preferably in hospitality or short-term rentals)

Familiarity with Airbnb and Booking.com backend systems

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Canva

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Fast and reliable internet connection

Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision

Must be able to provide at least 2 professional references

Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with property management software (e.g., Guesty, Smoobu)

Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools (e.g., Pricelabs, Wheelhouse)

Background in customer service or hospitality
