Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Photo Booth + Real Estate Admin Support) – 3-Month Trial

I'm Keith – a Canadian living in Malta. I run a boutique photo booth business and I’m starting to work in real estate too. Things are getting busy, and I need someone reliable and proactive to help me stay organized, show up online, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a part-time remote position (10–20 hours per week) for a 3-month trial. If we work well together, there’s potential for a long-term role.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
Updating content and images on WordPress websites

Scheduling and posting content on Instagram and Facebook

Organizing files and photos in Dropbox and Google Drive

Light graphic design using Canva (e.g., IG posts, simple banners)

Helping with Mailchimp newsletters and basic automations

Occasionally bugging me to do things I forgot ????

????? You’ll Need To Be:
Organized – I’m creative and fast-paced, so I need someone who can keep track of the details

Good with English – especially writing clear, friendly captions and emails

Experienced with WordPress, Canva, Dropbox, Google Drive, Mailchimp

Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently

Not afraid to speak up or suggest better ways to do things

Tech-savvy and good with learning new tools

10–20 hours/week, depending on what’s happening that week

I’m flexible on hours, as long as you meet deadlines and communicate
