Prime Lead Studio is hiring a YouTube Content Strategist to help us uncover and create winning content in the online casino and gaming space. If you’re a natural YouTube user with sharp research instincts, creative storytelling skills, and experience using AI tools, this is your chance to join a fast-growing remote startup building channels with 30M+ views in just 6 months.


Location: Remote
Commitment: 2 days/week (Part-time to start, potential for full-time)

We're a fully remote, high-performing media startup with a team of 15 specialists. Our founders have built over 10 successful YouTube channels across multiple niches, generating tens of millions of views—and real revenue—from search-driven content and high-converting videos.
We’re now expanding into the casino gaming niche, and we’re looking for a sharp, creative, data-minded content strategist to help us dominate search traffic in this vertical.


What You’ll Be Doing

As our YouTube Content Strategist, you'll:
Research High-Intent Topics
Analyze search behavior and trends to identify search-driven video opportunities that attract converting traffic—not just views.
Perform YouTube-Native Keyword Research
Use platform-specific methods (e.g. YouTube search suggestions, competitor analysis, manual search audits) to uncover what viewers are actually searching for.
Evaluate Competition & Conversion Potential
Analyze content performance, keyword difficulty, and SERP behavior to recommend video ideas with maximum impact.
Write and Refine Scripts (600–800 words)
Use AI tools like Claude to help develop clear, educational, and entertaining scripts in the casino gaming niche.
Plan Titles, Hooks, and Thumbnails
Work closely with our design and editing team to create briefs that drive click-throughs and engagement.
Document & Communicate Clearly
Produce video briefs and concept documents that editors and voice actors can easily follow.


Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have Experience:

Familiarity with YouTube’s algorithm, search behavior, and content consumption trends
Strong analytical and manual research skills (not reliant solely on tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush)
Excellent English writing and script editing abilities
Comfort using AI tools to enhance workflow and content ideation
Preferred Backgrounds:

Experience working on YouTube channels (even personal or small-scale)
Interest in online gaming or casino content (or willingness to quickly learn the niche)
Backgrounds in content writing, copywriting, research, YouTube SEO, or digital strategy
