???? Must be available Sydney time Monday to Friday
???? Must make our business the priority
???? Must not have another job where we can't contact you
???? Must have Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer, with a stellar portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
???? Must have created videos, reels and posters used in FB adds in the past and be able to show examples
???? Must be able to use software other than Canva - we do not want Canva designs and templates for our work
???? Must be able to use real photos and videos as a basis for all of the works - we use real photos of our venue and do not want templates used for any work.
???? Must be Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.
???? Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all videos and designs meet the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.
???? Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
???? Adaptability and a collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-oriented environment where ideas are shared, and creativity is encouraged.
???? An enthusiastic and positive attitude, bringing your love for the beach bar vibe and a passion for creating visually captivating content.
???? Must be organised and know how to organise our G Drive to keep files easy to find


Responsibilities:
???? Collaborate with our Marketing and Videographer to storyboard video ideas, brainstorming fresh concepts that capture the essence of our beach bar.
???? Utilize your technical skills to create 10 engaging videos per week for our social media platforms, ensuring they are visually stunning, well-edited, and share worthy.
???? Show off your reel expertise by crafting 10 captivating reels each week, captivating our audience and keeping our socials buzzing with excitement.
???? Work your magic to produce videos for recruitment purposes, helping us attract top talent to join our beach bar family.
????Create videos for training and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as needed, ensuring our tea ---------- mbers are well-equipped with the knowledge they need to excel.
????Dive into our video library and repurpose existing footage to create new and engaging content, keeping our channels fresh and exciting.
????Stay informed about the latest trends in video marketing, continuously researching and exploring new techniques to inspire innovative video creation.
????Showcase the personalities of our outstanding tea ---------- mbers by creating a "Meet the Team" video every week, giving our audience a glimpse into the people who make our beach bar special.

In addition to your video editing prowess, you'll also don your graphic designer hat to:
???? Create visually stunning digital menus that make our guests' mouths water and entice them to try our delicious offerings.
???? Edit and enhance photographs taken within our venue, ensuring they are Instagram-worthy and ready to be shared on our social media platforms.
???? Design eye-catching posters to promote our exciting entertainment line-up, bringing the energy and excitement of our events to life.
???? Update digital sign boards within the venue using Opti Signs software, reflecting our latest offerings, and keeping our guests informed and engaged.
???? Create engaging and visually appealing posts to highlight our weekly team special, promoting our efforts to raise funds for local charities and make a positive impact in our community.

Training will be provided to the successful candidate to be up-skilled in new software.
