Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from parents/students/tutors in Singapore via WhatsApp
Answer customer calls and arrange conversations

Requirements:
Freshgrad will aslo be considered
Must be fluent in English
Passionate about communication, patient, caring, and empathetic
Familiarity with Singaporean culture is preferred
Strong problem-solving and learning abilities
Computer typing speed of at least 30 words per minute in English
Secondary school education, no experience required, summer workers not considered
