We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support a leading Real Estate Sales Agent. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client communication, and can manage administrative tasks with precision. If you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and fluent in English (spoken and written), we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant to our Sales Agent your duties will include:
• Analysing lead data from our AI-powered lead generation system
• Cold calling prospects and initiating first contact
• Washing data in the CRM by removing opted-out prospects
• Booking appointments with potential sellers or buyers
• Creating and sending digital property proposals to potential vendors
• Conducting comparative market analysis (CMA) to include recent sales history in proposals
• Identifying and adding recently sold comparable properties to digital proposals
• Coordinating bookings with property stylists, photographers, signage teams, brochure printers, and advertising teams once a listing is secured
• Uploading listings to the CRM and publishing across 6+ digital advertising platforms
• Liaising with property owners or tenants to schedule open homes
• Responding to online enquiries and following up with potential buyers
• Compiling feedback reports for vendors after open homes
• Following up with potential buyers and registering them for auctions
• Inviting local residents to attend upcoming auctions
• Post-sale: coordinating with buyers, sellers, and solicitors to arrange settlements
• Liaising with agents to organise and follow up on all required activities

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate confidently
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Previous experience in sales or real estate is desirable but not essential
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
• Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights
• Proactive, independent, and resourceful attitude
• A high level of tech-savviness and comfort working with digital tools
