We are a boutique recruitment agency specialising in white-collar construction roles across Australia. Since 2015, we’ve built a strong reputation working with top-tier builders and contractors, placing high-quality talent in project-critical roles.
We're looking for a Candidate Sourcing Specialist to work directly with our Director (20+ years of experience) to identify, engage, and pipeline high-quality candidates for current and future opportunities.

Applicants must have previous experience working for an Australian or British recruitment agency with technical white collar Construction experience.


About the Role

This is a candidate-focused role, working full time hours based on WST, Perth. You will help us source and engage top construction professionals — Project Managers, Estimators, Contract Administrators, Site Managers, and similar roles — across Australia.

You will:

Review job briefs and assist with defining sourcing strategies
Conduct Boolean searches and talent mapping via LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and our internal tools
Send tailored outreach messages and videos and manage candidate communication
Conduct initial screening calls and / or interviews and prepare written candidate summaries
Format resumes and write professional profiles for submission
Track candidate progress in our ATS and shared documents
Provide regular updates and collaborate closely with the Director

Must-Have Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in candidate sourcing, resourcing, or recruitment
Experience working for a recruitment agency based in Australia or the UK
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms
Previous experience in white-collar construction or technical recruitment is essential
Ability to communicate professionally with senior-level candidates
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a remote role, high attention to detail in resume formatting and written communication
