Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced appointment setter to join our team and support our clients in the medical spa, massage, and plastic surgery industries. You will be responsible for following up with leads through Go High Level, calling and texting prospects, and helping convert leads into booked appointments.

This is a long-term role with consistent work for the right person who is dependable, detail-oriented, and professional.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an appointment setter
• Fluent in English with a neutral or American accent
• Must have experience using Go High Level CRM
• Must be proficient with:
• Slack
• Google Sheets
• Communicating via SMS & WhatsApp
• Must be able to:
• Work PST and EST U.S. time zones
• Call every lead within 5 minutes during working hours
• Use a headset with clear audio and have a strong internet connection
• Submit a brief end-of-day report daily

Bonus Experience (Not Required But Preferred):
• Experience working with medical spas
• Experience working with plastic surgeons
• Familiarity with appointment conversion strategies in the aesthetic industry

Work Details:
• Type of Employment: Full-time or part-time (depending on availability)
• Pay Range: $650–$800/month (depending on experience)
• Desired Hours: 40-48 hours/week (Monday-Friday) or (Monday-Saturday)
• Time Zone: U.S. (PST/EST)
