Listings Manager for Airbnb & <domain class=

We're looking for a full-time Listings Manager to help us manage and optimise our portfolio of properties on Airbnb and Booking .com.

We’re a growing short-term rental management company based in Australia, and your role will be to make sure each listing is fully optimised, attractive, up to date, and performs well in platform search rankings.

If you have a strong eye for detail, love working behind the scenes, and are comfortable using platforms like Airbnb and Booking .com, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Uploading and updating listings on Airbnb and Booking .com
2. Writing clear, guest-friendly descriptions (no AI tools)
3. Selecting and ordering photos to maximise appeal
4. Adding and updating amenities, pricing, and rules
5. Making sure all listings are complete, clean, and consistent
6. Relisting properties with low ratings or poor performance
7. Coordinating with our team for any changes to property details
8. Monitoring the visibility and accuracy of listings regularly

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year experience with Airbnb or Booking .com listings (must-have). Must be able to create a listing directly in both platforms without a PMS.
- Strong written English
- High attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
- Basic understanding of SEO or platform ranking is a bonus
- Familiarity with tools like PriceLabs is a plus
- Someone who is proactive and can spot listing issues before we do
