AI Video Creator & Social Media Manager (Part-Time ? Full-Time)

Job Description:
We’re looking for a creative AI video creator to join our team and help bring our brand story to life through short-form content. Our company, Altruistik, is a mission-driven herbal supplement brand that combines wellness with surreal storytelling and visionary content. We don’t just make ads—we create mini art films that inspire, uplift, and stand out.

You’ll handle the end-to-end content pipeline:

Scriptwriting & Ideation: Understand our brand and mission. Write short scripts/prompts for videos. Get approval before generating.

AI Video Generation: Use AI video tools (like PikaLabs, Veo, or similar) to create clips.

Editing: Assemble clips into polished TikTok/Reels/Shorts with smooth cuts and strong story arcs.

Publishing: Write catchy captions, add hashtags, CTAs, and links. Schedule/post across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Optimization: Track performance, research trends/hashtags, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Strong storytelling & scriptwriting skills (can turn abstract ideas into engaging scripts).

Familiarity with AI video tools (or quick learner).

Basic to intermediate video editing experience.

Social media posting/scheduling experience (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).

Good English writing skills for captions/descriptions.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to follow creative direction while contributing ideas.

Bonus Skills (not required but a plus):

Experience with surreal/psychedelic/narrative content.

Graphic design for thumbnails or supporting visuals.

SEO / growth-hacking for social media.

Work Hours & Pay:

Starting: ~10 hours per week (trial period).

Goal: Expand to 40 hours per week (full-time) if we’re a good fit.

Flexible schedule, remote work.

Pay will scale as hours grow.
