Construction Project Manager (Remote – Philippines)

We are a growing Commercial Fitout company based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia—one of the fastest-growing regions in the country. We specialize in delivering bespoke, tailored solutions with a personal touch to our clients.

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our team and manage all ongoing projects. You’ll lead a remote team of architects, engineers, and admin staff (currently based in the Philippines), and coordinate closely with our local operations.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day project execution and oversee project timelines
- Lead and coordinate with our offshore team (2 Architects, Estimator/Engineer, VA/Receptionist)
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of fitout projects
- Communicate with Australian clients and local trades as needed
- Report directly to the business owner

Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in project or construction management (commercial fitouts preferred)

- Ability to manage remote teams and coordinate across time zones
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
