Must have good English. You would be booking, rescheduling and cancelling cleans using booking koala. Posting on social media. Editing videos and posting those on social media. Ensuring cleaners are uploading pics and clocking in and out. Doing payroll every Monday. You'll be checking emails, typing up quotes, monitoring email marketing campaigns, researching strategies to grow the business like watching youtube videos, you'll be watching loom videos to learn how to do things. You'll be creating standard operating policies for employees. You'll be communicating schedule changes with staff. Typing up a report at end of week summarizing tasks.

I have another VA in Egypt who would be creating loom videos to help you with our systems. She will be cold calling and answering calls. She will be responsible for customer engagement over the phone whereas you would be behind the computer. I am willing to pay 1.00/hr increase after 90 days. And another dollar an hr increase after each year for up to 5 years. Value for value. If VA shows me value, I'll raise pay.
