NOW HIRING: Luxury Beauty Brand VA — Social Media + Lead Nurture Specialist

We are a fast-growing luxury aesthetics + beauty brand looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Virtual Assistant to help elevate our online presence and nurture leads into booked clients.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll directly shape how our brand shows up across social media, email, and DM conversations. If you love beauty, aesthetics, content creation, and customer communication — we want to hear from you!

You’ll Be Responsible For:
Creating and scheduling high-end social content (Reels, captions, carousels, Stories — we provide raw media)?? Engaging directly with leads in DMs and email — turning inquiries into bookings?? Following up with warm leads using tools like HoneyBook or spreadsheets?? Managing inboxes (sorting, replying, escalating, organizing in real time)?? Engaging in Facebook groups and online communities to represent our brand?? Moderating and growing our private Facebook group (posting, replying, inviting, tracking interest)?? Posting to Google My Business 1–2x per week using geo-tagged photos?? Writing in our refined, trustworthy, luxury voice (we’ll train you, but you must be a strong writer)

Requirements:
* Full availability during 9 AM – 4/5 PM PST,–40 hours/week
* Fluent, warm, and clear written English
* Confident creating social content with Canva, Reels editing tools, etc.
* Experience with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Groups, Instagram, and TikTok
* Familiarity with Google Drive, CRM tools (HoneyBook, Dubsado, Airtable), and email platforms (Flodesk, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo)
* Strong attention to detail + the ability to keep lead follow-up organized and consistent
* Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and track progress without being micromanaged

Bonus Points If You:
* Have worked in beauty, PMU, skincare, medspa, or personal brands
* Understand the client journey from social engagement ? booking
* Have experience posting to Google My Business or doing light SEO tasks

Compensation:
*$800- $1000/month USD Depending on experiance
* Long-term role with growth potential
* Performance-based bonuses for lead conversion
