Job opening:

MUST HAVE SPANISH LANGUAGE FLUENCY
Construction Project Manager/Estimator(Architectural Engineer/Civil Engineer)

Location: Remote
Type: beginning as gig/part time to possibly full time (30-40)
Start date: negotiable
Language requirement: Spanish speaking fluency, both written and spoken English proficiency
Salary: Based on experience and skill level

Position Summary:

Seeking a highly-skilled SPANISH-SPEAKING Customer Service Representative/VA, preferably with a Bachelor's degree and experience in the fields of construction, architecture, and/or engineering to be a liason between the construction company, suppliers, and client.
This bilingual professional will assist the construction company in all aspects and channels of communication remotely -from initial inquiries through customer satisfaction follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative:

-Manage calendar and schedule site visits for construction tea ---------- mbers (must gain familiarity with service territory)
-Coordinate communication and scheduling with other project tea ---------- mbers: construction company representatives, other engineers, construction foremen, and clients
-Assist with creating invoices and sending to customers
-CRM management


Customer Service:

-Serve as primary point of contact for clients via email, calls, project platforms and internet/social media (including, but not limited to Angi and Housecallpro, Linkedin, Google ads, Facebook)
-Address questions and concerns professionally and promptly
-Maintain strong client relationships with consistent communication

Language and communication:

-Offer somewhat occasional support between Spanish-speaking field tea ---------- mbers, subcontractors, and clients

Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree/ AAS + online job certifications
-Minimum 2.5 years of experience in client service, customer support, virtual assisting, project management
-Fluent in Spanish, proficient in English (verbal and written)
-Proven experience managing customer calls, emails, client interation
-Proficient with cloud-based tools such as Google workspace, and Excel
-Solid understanding of CRM's
-Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
-PROVEN SUCCESS in previous remote work jobs

Remote Work Details:

-Must have access to reliable internet, a quiet, distraction-free working environment, and a computer capable of the performing the required tasks
-Availability to work during US daytime hours
