I need a VA who can help me set up and manage an upcoming online summit. A summit has a ton of moving parts and I need someone who can setup a system to help me do this step by step with weekly updates and etc.
The VA will need to know how to use the following:
Optimize Press
Wordpress Blog
Set up a Shopping Cart
Aweber
Payments
An idea of what will be happening and what will be needed:
· There will be 15- 21 experts
· Setup Domain/Email Address
· Create Optin / Thank You Page/speaker images/names to the registration/optin page
· Install Autoresponder
· Speaker Management
· Setup Speaker Pages , IT Pages or Vimeo Pages
· Password Protect Pages & Interviews
· Setup Replay Page/Email
· Create Jotform
· Send Out Jotform
· Create/Send Out Contracts
· Send Out Promotional Materials for the 2 weeks prior to launch date
· Setup Daily Emails
· Tracking Stats
· Full management of all the little pieces and moving parts, send me weekly updates to stay on track, send the experts weekly reminders to gather their bio, pic and gift.
