Real Estate Cold Calling VA – Wholesaling Leads (Part-Time)

I’m a real estate investor looking for a skilled, English-speaking virtual assistant to cold call property owners in the U.S. and identify motivated sellers. You'll be responsible for making calls, using a provided script, and updating lead information in our CRM. Experience in real estate or cold calling is preferred but not required if you're a fast learner with good communication skills.
Must work nights to be able to speak with sellers in the USA via our time.

Responsibilities:
Call 300–500 leads per day using a dialer
Follow a simple cold calling script
Qualify leads and take detailed notes
Update lead status in CRM
Text follow-ups when necessary

Requirements:

Fluent English with little to no accent
Strong internet connection and quiet workspace
Positive, persistent, and professional
Available [6 hours /day], [5 days/week]
Experience in real estate wholesaling is a plus
