Job Overview:
Hi! I'm launching a microblading business and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help me build the foundation before opening day and continue to work on similar tasks afterwards.
This is NOT just admin work — I need someone proactive who can:
• Help set up booking systems
• Organize files and processes
• Post content to Instagram,
You do not have to be a pro at setting such systems up but be organized, dedicated and willing to figure things out as you improve your skills. If you’re creative and organized, I’d love to work with you!
Tasks You’ll Help With:
Set up business systems & tools (scheduling, payments, file storage, forms, etc.)
Research and recommend appointment booking software (like Calendly, Square, Fresha, etc.) Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for how we run things
Post daily content to TikTok,
Help schedule and manage a social media calendar
Assist with
Keep track of to-do items and project timelines
Communicate with me regularly on progress and roadblocks
Who I’m Looking For:
• Strong English communication skills (spoken + written)
• Familiar with tools like Google Drive, Canva, Trello/Notion, and social media scheduling apps.
• Experience with TikTok,
• Proactive problem-solver who doesn’t wait for instructions on every step.
• Organized, trustworthy, and deadline-focused.
Work Hours & Pay:
• Flexible hours (approx. 10 hours/week to start, we can increase the hours as we grow).
• Starting rate: $2.50–$5/hour (depending on experience).
• Long-term opportunity as the business grows
• Weekly payments via Wise or preferred method
