Property Management Assistant (less than 4 hours a week; if that)

Answering texts and calls from tenants and assigning work order to specified individual (i.e. handyman, plumber, HVAC, etc.)
Possibility of using Buildium.com to reconcile monthly accounts as well.
Researching potential deals via craiglist.

this may be only a total of 4 hours a week. pretty easy tasks.
