We are looking for a strategic and experienced recruiter to shape and build our team in Manila, attracting top-tier senior talent for key roles in e-commerce and marketing.

This job is Remote (with potential in-person work in Manila, Philippines, if needed).

As we are looking to hire top-tier talent for our Manila office, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to help us build a world-class team in the Philippines. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our Manila team, with flexibility to work remotely, and occasional in-person presence in Manila as needed.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Recruiter & Headhunter, your role will be to strategically source and attract top-tier senior candidates with specialized expertise in marketing and e-commerce. You will be responsible for understanding our hiring needs and executing talent acquisition strategies to find professionals who meet our high standards and are ready to take on leadership roles in our Manila office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to identify senior-level candidates with strong marketing, e-commerce, and leadership experience.
- Source candidates for strategic roles in marketing and e-commerce who are willing to work on-site in Makati (minimum 3 days per week).
- Conduct initial interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and present top candidates for final interviews.
- Advise leadership on market trends, candidate expectations, and recruitment strategies to ensure a competitive edge.
- Foster relationships with senior professionals in the Manila area, particularly those with international experience, and identify freelancers open to on-site opportunities.
- Leverage your network and proactively reach out to potential candidates for both permanent and project-based roles.
- Ensure a high level of candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a senior recruiter or headhunter, ideally within e-commerce or marketing sectors.
- Strong experience in sourcing senior candidates, including those with corporate experience and leadership potential.
- A strong network within Manila, with connections to professionals who have international experience and expertise in e-commerce.
- Experience in recruiting for senior marketing roles and managing high-level talent acquisition.
- Ability to create and execute recruitment strategies for specific business needs, and advise management on hiring decisions.
- Strong communication skills in English (fluency is preferred but not required if local expertise is strong).
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate creativity, and take initiative.

Desirable Skills:
- Experience managing and mentoring teams or acting as a leader in a new office or project.
- Deep understanding of the recruitment landscape in Manila and the broader Philippines.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and marketing trends.
- Familiarity with working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

4. English communication skills – As this is an international role, we’d like to see that you are comfortable communicating in English.
