Bookkeeper

Hi! I’m looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented bookkeeper to help me stay on top of my finances across three small businesses I run in the U.S. I already have 2024 handled, but I need someone who can take over monthly bookkeeping and send me clear P&L reports for 2025 and beyond.

???? Scope of Work:
– Monthly reconciliation and bookkeeping
– Clear and timely P&L reports
– Coordination with CPA as needed
– Basic support for multiple entities:
?• A service-based business with frequent travel expenses
?• A short-term rental business (income, utilities, maintenance, etc.)
?• A small digital/media business with minimal transactions

? Requirements:
– Proficient in QuickBooks Online
– Experience with U.S.-based clients and 1099 income
– Detail-oriented and reliable
– Able to use client-provided logins for connected accounts
– Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
