Medical Office Assistant

Rite Care is seeking a highly fluent English-speaking Medical Scribe to assist our clinical team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a medical background, preferably as a pharmacist, registered nurse (RN), or other licensed medical professional, with strong knowledge of medications and clinical workflows. Room for growth for the right candidate!

Key Responsibilities:
Call patients to communicate lab/test results as directed by providers
Process and send prescriptions through the EMR system accurately
Document patient interactions and provider notes in real-time
Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure smooth clinical operations

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Prior experience in a clinical or pharmacy setting
Access to a reliable computer, internet, and a quiet, professional work environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist, RN, or other medical professional
Strong knowledge of medications and dosing
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
Prior scribe or remote healthcare assistant experience
