You’ll be editing 8–15 minute, fast-paced, story-driven YouTube content focused on: Entrepreneurship, Creativity & content marketing, AI & automation, Behind-the-scenes of brand shoots, and Raw storytelling from the trenches of business growth.

What I’m looking for: You live on YouTube and understand retention tactics. You can turn raw footage into a clean, addictive edit. You know how to use: jump cuts, zooms, b-roll, music, subtitles, pacing. You understand storytelling (hook > setup > punchline > payoff). You bring ideas, not just follow orders.

Responsibilities include: Editing weekly YouTube videos (8–15 min each), creating cold opens that hook in the first 5 seconds, adding b-roll, ---------- s, dynamic captions, background music. Optional: thumbnails and repurposed Shorts/Reels.

Tools: Premiere Pro or Final Cut preferred. CapCut Pro is fine if your work is ????. DaVinci okay if you’re fast and reliable.

Pay: $75–$150 per video (based on length + complexity), OR $500–$900/month retainer if consistent.

Bonuses & Perks: 13th month pay (for long-term hires), performance bonuses, direct access to high-end projects + big brand content, and massive long-term opportunity if you're a beast.

How to apply: Send me 1) 2–3 of your BEST YouTube edits, 2) your favorite YouTuber right now, 3) your location + editing software, 4) how long it would take you to edit a 10-minute video from raw footage.
