DM Setter

Position Summary
As an Appointment Setter for Blaize, you’ll engage with prospects through Instagram direct
messages, nurture leads, and schedule calls with qualified prospects for our mentorship or
services. This is a commission-based role ideal for a proactive, organized communicator.
Key Responsibilities

Daily Instagram Engagement

Be active in Instagram DMs every day, responding promptly and professionally.

Monitor and manage conversations in the PRIMARY tab and message requests.

Outreach & Initiation

DM new followers using provided scripts to introduce our services, build rapport, and
qualify interest.
Lead Management

Maintain organized records of conversations and update lead status.
Script Utilization

Follow pre-written scripts accurately, with room for natural conversation to keep
interactions authentic.
Appointment Booking

Identify qualified leads and schedule sales calls on the calendar, ensuring prospects
show up.
Daily Reporting

Submit an end-of-day report summarizing:

Number of conversations started.
Leads booked for calls.

Any important notes or prospect feedback.
Compensation
$5/hr rate

Strong written communication skills.
Daily availability and consistency.
Ability to follow scripts while personalizing as needed.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.
Familiarity with Instagram platform features (DMs, requests, story replies).
Performance Goals
Book a targeted number of qualified calls weekly.
Maintain a professional, positive tone in all communications.
Provide timely and accurate reporting to help the sales team stay informed.

Access to booking software/calendar link.
Ongoing training and feedback to improve performance.
