About This Role:
We’re hiring a Virtual Insurance Support Specialist to help us streamline back office operations and client servicing.
You’ll handle critical behind the scenes tasks that keep our agency running smoothly from saving policy documents to making basic changes inside client accounts. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility and treated like a valuable member of the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Upload policy documents and organize files in Google Drive and our agency system
- Make basic changes to insurance policies (change effective dates, update mortgage details, upload forms, etc.)
- Create and update weekly spreadsheets and reports
- Generate binders and ID cards
- Help with client service tasks like resending docs, confirming details, and supporting the team with renewals

This role is structured and trainable. We’ll teach you everything you need. But attention to detail and follow through are non negotiables.

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You:
- Have solid English communication skills
- Are comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time hours
- Are extremely organized and detail oriented
- Know how to navigate Google Drive, Gmail, and online portals
- Have experience as a VA in insurance or a similar industry (bonus but not required)

The Details:
- Type: Full-Time (Work from home)
- Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST (Night shift PH time)
- Pay: Competitive salary based on experience, paid bi-weekly via Remitly
