Administrative Support: Assisting with the recruitment process by managing candidate communication all throughout the process.
Database Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and contacts.
Vacancy Order Processing: Receiving and processing client's orders, both manually and through electronic portals. Making sure to fulfil all the vacancy orders. Staff are dispatched promptly and efficiently and monitor the entire process.
