Stayful, a growing short-term rental management business in the UK, is looking for a proactive, self-motivated Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our direct bookings and expand our management services. This is a remote, part-time role that’s ideal for someone who thrives on achieving results, works independently, and communicates confidently.
You’ll play a key role in two growth areas:
Driving repeat direct bookings from previous and current guests.
Generating new leads for our property management services by reaching out to prospective clients.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Direct Booking Sales
Follow up with past and current guests to encourage repeat stays through direct booking channels
Research and identify potential new guests (local businesses, construction projects and events)
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of communication and follow-ups
Build rapport and represent the Stayful brand professionally and warmly on phone calls
Lead Generation for Management Services
Research and identify potential clients (e.g. property owners, hosts, or operators)
Reach out via phone,
Track leads, conversions, and communication within our CRM or spreadsheets
? What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience (especially in phone-based or outbound roles)
Excellent spoken and written English (fluent and confident)
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
Able to work independently and show initiative without close supervision
Comfortable using digital tools (CRMs, spreadsheets, communication platforms)
Bonus: Knowledge of or interest in short-term rentals, real estate, or hospitality

$5/hour, paid weekly
Performance-based commission (5–10% of qualifying direct bookings)
Flexible remote working, ~20 hours/week with potential for growth
