Social Media Manager/Content Creator(IG)

Hi! I’m Nav, a solo traveler based in Australia. I have been traveling on and off for over 8+ years. I’m wanting to build a travel and wellness-focused brand on Instagram and potentially TikTok. I’m looking for a dedicated Instagram/Social Media expert from the Philippines to help me build my account professionally and grow my followers to 10k by end of this year.
Job Overview:
I’m looking for someone creative, reliable, and results-driven to work with me on a long-term basis. You will:
• Review my existing IG account to review the shortcomings, analyse my existing reel style and suggest changes accordingly
• Create 40+ Instagram High Quality Reels/Posts per month using provided footage (I’ll share my vision and guide the theme/direction, and you’ll utilise your creativity/expertise)
• Handle Instagram account management: scheduling, posting, basic engagement (comments, stories, etc.)
• Suggest growth strategies based on insights, analytics, and trends
• Help me maintain a consistent, on-brand visual style
• Collaborate with me twice weekly for feedback, progress and content planning

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
• Proven 2-3+ experience as Social Media Manager or Content Creator for Instagram/TikTok
• Knowledge of follower’s growth, content creation and engagement strategies
• Excellent skills in Reels editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Canva, VN, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, hashtags and algorithm
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Highly organized, reliable, and responsive
• Passion for travel, wellness or visual storytelling is a bonus

Trial Task (Paid 5$ for one reel)

As a first step, I’ll ask you to:
1. Review my Instagram account and provide a few suggestions for improvement
2. Create one sample Reel (I’ll share video clips + concept)

This is a paid trial — if we’re a good fit, I’d love to bring you on board for the long term.

Only apply if you are willing to consider 3$ ph for initial 2-3 months as I’m willing to see results and if happy with the outcome, we can discuss further.
