About HAF Business Associates
We are a growing mortgage lending company specializing in commercial real estate and investor
financing. We're looking for an experienced lead generation professional to join our team and help drive
our expansion through strategic, data-driven outreach campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build targeted prospect lists using advanced real estate data platforms (PropertyRadar, PropStream,
or Crexi)
- Manage sophisticated
- Qualify leads through professional
- Schedule discovery calls with our Loan Officers
- Upload qualified prospects to GoHighLevel CRM
- Maintain compliance with mortgage industry regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM)
- Provide daily performance reports and weekly analytics
Target Results:
- Generate 20-50 qualified handoffs per month
- Maintain 25%+
- Achieve 80%+ discovery call show rates
- Respond to leads within 30 minutes during business hours
Required Experience:
- 3+ years B2B lead generation experience, preferably in financial services or real estate
- Apollo.io Campaign Management: Experience using and optimizing existing campaigns (technical
setup not required)
- Data platform experience with at least one: Crexi, PropertyRadar, or PropStream
- Mortgage/Real Estate knowledge and understanding of commercial lending and urgent financing
timelines
- Lead qualification and CRM management experience with time-sensitive prospects

- Technical Skills Required:
- Apollo.io Campaign Management: Using pre-configured sequences, basic optimization, and
performance tracking (setup will be completed by specialist)
- Data Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Crexi (priority), PropertyRadar, or PropStream
for list building and prospect targeting
- GoHighLevel CRM: Contact management, pipeline tracking, and basic automation setup
- AI Tool Integration: Content optimization, lead scoring, and process improvement using ChatGPT,
Claude, or similar tools
