Local SEO Specialist (Audit + Growth) for Home Services Brand

We are a fast-growing home services company (plumbing + remodeling) based in the USA.
We’re building a brand focused on faith, family, and community and we need an experienced SEO Specialist to help us grow in local search (Google Maps + organic rankings).

This is a part-time trial role with the opportunity to become full-time if results are strong.

Responsibilities:
Audit our current SEO work (technical, content, backlinks, local SEO)

Find gaps and opportunities (city pages, service pages, GBP optimization)

Create and implement a plan to improve rankings and leads

Track rankings, traffic, and actual leads (not just clicks)

Work with our existing SEO agency (no overlap or conflict)

Requirements:
Experience with local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, etc.)

Worked with home service or trade businesses before

Can do technical SEO audits (site speed, schema, mobile-friendly checks)

Can build/optimize service + city pages

Speaks and reports in clear, plain English

Pay:
Trial (Part-Time): $500–$800/month

Full-Time (If results are strong): $1,000–$1,500/month

Bonuses for ranking and lead growth
