What You’ll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional calls

Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction

Guide clients through product features and provide clear solutions

Record interactions and feedback to help improve service processes

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve concerns

Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English

1+ year of experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role

Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and online communication tools

Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
