Expert Email Marketer & Social Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketer/Social Media Manager to fully manage our online strategy for our e-commerce shop. We expect that you have at least 3 years of experience in this field as you will be working with an established and growing business.

We will want to know how you can utilize emails and social media to increase our top line figures. North America is our main market and your job includes daily interaction with customers in that region. Thus, we put a lot of emphasis on your English Language Skills.

We will provide you with our vision and what we want, and we expect you as the professional to advice us with solutions and the way you will get us there. To manage our online efforts we use a range of softwares such as Klaviyo, Hootsuit, Buffer etc, we expect you are experienced in these as well.

Some of your activities will include:

- Planning an execution of social media and email campaigns in accordance with our goals.
- Analysis, A/B testing and optimization of current email campaigns.
- Planning and execution of future projects.
- Create email headers and other graphics for social media and email campaigns.

In order to be successful in this role, part from the mentions from above you need to be a creative thinker and a problem solver. Have an in-depth understanding of how email marketing can increase the profitability of a company and what strategies must be in place. Knowledge of Google Analytics is also preferred.
