Email Marketing

We’re looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist who can confidently run campaigns from start to finish from writing, designing, segmenting lists, to tracking and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage engaging email marketing campaigns

Segment email lists based on behavior, demographics, or intent

Track open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics, and optimize for performance

Ensure emails are mobile-friendly and align with branding

Familiarity with HIPAA compliance is a strong plus

Requirements:

Proven experience in email marketing (please include a portfolio or past campaigns)

Strong copywriting and design skills

Knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, or similar

Understanding of list segmentation and A/B testing

Ability to deliver high-quality work on time

Bonus:

Experience in healthcare or regulated industries

Knowledge of automation flows and sequences
