Are you a YouTube pro with an eye for aesthetics, a love for storytelling, and a knack for making content pop? I am looking for a YouTube Mastermind to help build and grow a brand-new channel from the ground up — starting with publishing a podcast recorded on Riverside.

???? What You’ll Do:
Set up a brand-new YouTube channel from scratch (strategy + execution)

Upload weekly podcast episodes recorded on Riverside

Design and implement cohesive, high-impact branding across the channel (banner, bio, fonts, colours, etc.)

Create scroll-stopping, click-worthy thumbnails that reflect the vibe and messaging of each episode

Edit podcast episodes for YouTube (intro/outro, captions, basic cuts, transitions, and enhancements to keep viewers engaged)

Write compelling titles and descriptions optimized for search and clicks

Manage YouTube SEO and tags to ensure visibility and growth

Strategically guide video formats and repurposing ideas to maximise reach and impact

A YouTube expert with proven experience growing channels and creating binge-worthy content

Obsessed with clean, on-brand visual design and storytelling

Up to date on what’s working right now on YouTube (especially for podcast-based channels)

Confident in video editing for podcast-style content (we’ll be starting simple — not fancy vlogs)

Comfortable using Riverside or quickly learning the workflow

Fluent in the art of clickbait without cringe — you know how to draw people in without selling your soul

Bonus if you:
Have experience turning podcast content into clips or short-form content for reels/shorts

Understand audience analytics and how to make decisions based on them
