JOB OVERVIEW

Matty Cuts Education are looking for a proactive, organised, and highly communicative Virtual Assistant to support our online barbering coaching business. This role involves managing client onboarding, supporting students, lead generation, and appointment setting — especially for high-ticket coaching sales.

You’ll be working closely with the team, including a dedicated closer, to help drive growth, streamline admin, and provide an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage back-office admin tasks to keep the business running smoothly
Handle client onboarding and assist students as they enter the program
Provide responsive and efficient communication to client/student inquiries
Set appointments with warm leads following outreach campaigns
Organise and manage bookings using tools like Google Calendar
Collaborate with the closer to ensure qualified appointments are scheduled
Track and update lead data, including lead source, response rate, and follow-ups
Generate and collect leads (target: 50–100+ conversations per day depending on campaigns)
Stay on top of warm leads and ensure timely follow-up
Help build and maintain efficient systems for communication and tracking


Experience Required
Proven experience in high-ticket appointment setting (preferably in coaching, consulting, or online education)Comfortable handling DM conversations, emails, and scheduling
Strong written English and professional communication skills
Excellent with tools like Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing tasks without constant supervision
Experience using platforms like Slack, ClickUp, Trello, or similar

Working Hours
Flexible, but availability to match UK hours (10am to 8pm UK time)
