What We're Looking For:
We’re searching for a Web Developer who can build fast, dynamic websites that function flawlessly and capture attention. This person should be a creative problem-solver with a deep technical skillset who can build, manage, and optimize websites to drive business growth.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Building and launching new websites on WordPress and Shopify, and other platforms as needed.
* Creating dynamic, animated user interfaces that make websites stand out and provide an exceptional user experience.
* Optimizing website performance for speed and efficiency, ensuring a fast and seamless experience for all users.
* Managing all technical aspects of websites, including DNS records, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC settings.
* Configuring and troubleshooting tracking codes, UTM parameters, and pixels for platforms like Meta and Google.
* Applying technical SEO best practices to ensure websites are discoverable and rank well.
* Handling day-to-day website maintenance, including plugin management, security updates, and performance monitoring.

What You Bring:
* 4–6+ years of experience as a web developer, with a strong focus on WordPress and Shopify.
* A proven track record of building and optimizing high-speed, dynamic websites.
* Deep expertise in technical SEO, site speed optimization, and performance-tuning.
* Experience with DNS management and email authentication protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC).
* The ability to implement and manage various tracking codes and pixels.
* A strong portfolio showcasing your web development and animation skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with marketers and designers.
