Versatile Digital Assistant for a full-time remote position (8 hours/day)

We are currently looking for a Versatile Digital Assistant for a full-time remote position (8 hours/day), from Monday to Friday. Working hours will be between 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila time, with a 1-hour lunch break.



You will be involved in three main areas:

Prospect Call Management: We are currently expanding our business in the Australian market. Your main task will be to call back prospects immediately after they fill out an online inquiry form. Responsiveness is crucial, as we don’t want to miss any leads. In a second phase, you will also be responsible for answering incoming calls.

Support in Digital Marketing: You will be in charge of creating content (graphics and videos) in English, especially for social medias, based on what we already do in French.

Video Content Creation for Our YouTube Channels: We have 5 English-speaking YouTube channels that need to be regularly updated with video content that you will record using scripts previously validated with our Digital Marketing Manager.



Profile Requirements :

Academic background in Marketing

Proven experience in marketing content creation

Comfortable with writing techniques such as copywriting, storytelling, etc., and able to research relevant hashtags

Good command of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle prospect calls

Responsive, creative, independent, proactive

Excellent spoken and written English

A stable and fast home internet connection is required, along with a backup connection from a different provider in case of outages

Must have a reliable computer setup at home with a power backup in case of electricity cuts

Also required: a high-quality smartphone, a microphone, and a quiet, professional environment for video recording
