JOB OVERVIEW

LinkedIn Specialist
Location: Remote (must be available during UK daytime hours)

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic LinkedIn Specialist to manage five B2B client accounts across different industries. Your mission? Generate high-quality leads, grow each account’s network, and deliver tailored LinkedIn strategies that achieve measurable results.

This is more than scheduling posts. We need someone who will take full ownership of LinkedIn performance for each account — from content creation to connections to conversations.

You’ll work closely with our in-house graphic and web design team (who will handle visuals), while you take charge of copywriting, posting, messaging, tracking, and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute individual LinkedIn growth & lead generation strategies for each client.

Use Sales Navigator to research and build targeted lead lists.

Write and post content tailored to each client’s brand and audience.

Send daily connection requests & follow-up messages using best practice.

Identify and qualify leads against each client’s ideal customer profile.

Track outreach, response rates, and performance metrics.

Work collaboratively via ---------- to manage tasks and report progress.

Provide daily check-ins outlining completed work and next steps.

Suggest and implement strategic improvements based on results.

Be available for UK-based meetings (flexible, but within UK working hours).

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of proven LinkedIn lead generation experience (multi-industry preferred).

Deep knowledge of LinkedIn best practices & algorithm trends.

Strong copywriting skills for posts, bios, and outreach messages.

Fluent English (written & spoken) with excellent grammar.

Proven Sales Navigator experience for targeted prospecting.

Highly organised & responsive — able to manage multiple accounts at once.

Familiarity with ---------- or similar project management tools.

Analytical mindset — confident in tracking, interpreting, and acting on performance data.

Application Requirements
To be considered, you must include the following in your application:

Cover Letter explaining your experience and why you’re the right fit.

1–3 examples of LinkedIn accounts you have managed and grown, including before/after statistics if available.

Example content you have created for LinkedIn (e.g., posts, carousels, outreach messages). Screenshots or links are acceptable.

Applications without examples will not be considered.

Interview Process
Shortlisted candidates will be given a practical LinkedIn strategy task based on one of our brands to prepare in advance. This will be presented and discussed during the interview, alongside a review of your previous LinkedIn work.

Interview Format:

Candidate Presentation (10 mins) – Present your strategy for Design Makers.

Follow-up Questions (20–30 mins) – Discuss your approach, past experience, and scenario-based questions.

Portfolio Review (10–15 mins) – Walk us through accounts you’ve managed and results achieved.
