Research Executive – Healthcare Market Research

Are you an experienced healthcare researcher with a passion for surveys and client engagement? We’re seeking a Research Executive to support custom quantitative or qualitative studies in the dynamic world of healthcare market insights. This is a remote, client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in managing complex studies, translating data into insights, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of quantitative and qualitative research projects, including survey design, programming oversight, field management, analysis, and reporting
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and presenting findings
- Collaborate directly with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and healthcare agency clients to understand business objectives and align research solutions accordingly
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams, including moderators, analysts, project managers, and panel providers
- Deliver high-quality, insight-driven reports tailored to healthcare decision-makers
- Lead the full lifecycle of quantitative and qualitative research projects, including survey design, programming oversight, field management, analysis, and reporting
- Analyze and interpret survey data using tools like SPSS, R, Excel, and PowerPoint, and develop compelling insights and recommendations
- Present research findings to clients in a clear and strategic manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Life Sciences, Social Sciences, Marketing Research, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in quantitative or qualitative research (healthcare market research experience is preferred but not required)
- Experience working directly with client stakeholders on custom survey projects
- Strong knowledge of survey methodologies, including sampling, data validation, and weighting
- Familiarity with online survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, IntelliSurvey, Decipher)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
