Job Title: Expert SEO OPTIMISER
Location: Remote (Flexible Hours ~ 75/mth)

We are a husband and wife business that operates 7 web sites both locally based and nationally for some businesses.
Our main products are sold online and SEO is the KEY to our reach for customers.

About the Role:
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven SEO, Web & Social Media Manager to elevate our online visibility, engagement, and growth. You’ll lead SEO strategy, optimize website performance, and manage dynamic social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. If you thrive at the intersection of analytics and creativity—and love staying ahead of digital trends—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Audit and optimize website performance (speed, UX, mobile responsiveness) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) aligned with brand voice and business goals ***depending on skills***
• Monitor KPIs (traffic, engagement, ROI) and refine campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay updated on SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging social trends.
• Manage paid social campaigns to amplify reach (optional, based on business needs).

Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, website management, and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify).
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with social media schedulers (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
• Ability to craft SEO-optimized content and meta tags (familiarity with AI tools is a plus).
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding for website tweaks (or collaboration with developers).
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) for clear communication.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating social assets.
• Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
• Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot).

What We Offer:
• Competitive Compensation: $20,000- PHP/mth
• Flexibility: Remote work with adaptable hours—no strict Australian schedule (weekly catch-ups required).
• Work Options: Part-time with no set hrs required. We expect around 70-80hrs a month however the roll is outcome focused, not hr focused.
