Email Marketeer (Hospitality / Short-Stay Experience Required)

Project-based – Remote – Flexible hours – Retainer + Pay-for-performance

We’re looking for an experienced email marketing expert who can take full ownership of our email marketing strategy and execution for a 3-month project. You’ll be working directly with hotel management to structure, build, and launch a high-performing email setup from scratch — using Revinate.

What you’ll do
• Collaborate with us on the strategic structure of our email marketing
• Build essential automations and flows (e.g. welcome, booking recovery, upsells, review follow-up, winback)
• Design emails on-brand, with strong copy in English (Dutch/German translation support available)
• Work inside our Revinate account (you may design in Figma or your tool of choice)
• Ensure all copy matches a high-end hospitality tone of voice

Who you are
• You’ve done this before — ideally for hotels, resorts, short-term rentals, or travel brands
• You speak and write excellent English
• You’re able to take ownership and deliver results without hand-holding
• You’re comfortable working with performance-based compensation and defining your own pace

How we’ll work together

This is a freelance, project-based collaboration. You’ll be paid based on agreed deliverables. We’re looking for someone who gets satisfaction from building something that works and performs — not from logging hours.
