Technical Trainer

Job Title: Freelance Technical Trainer (IT & Cloud Fundamentals)
Project-Based | Remote | Competitive Compensation

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable Technical Trainer to design and/or deliver engaging training sessions for IT professionals. This role involves facilitating live virtual sessions and providing structured training content across key technology areas.

You must have experience delivering technical training, along with the ability to develop or already own existing materials (slide decks, hands-on labs, assessments, etc.) aligned with the following certification tracks and fundamentals.

Courses to Be Covered
We are currently sourcing for trainers in one or more of the following courses:
Server Hardware Fundamentals
Firewall / Security Appliance Fundamentals – Part 1
ISC2 Certified in Cyber Security (CC) (preferred if you can also guide learners toward exam prep)
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate live, virtual instructor-led training sessions in a professional and engaging manner.
Develop and/or customize training materials and handouts, aligned with industry standards and certification requirements.
Prepare learner assessments, quizzes, and practical lab exercises (if applicable).
Stay up-to-date with the latest certification exam objectives and technology trends.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a technical trainer or instructor in IT, cloud, or cybersecurity.
Strong familiarity with Microsoft and ISC2 certification tracks.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English.
Able to customize or develop own training materials (PowerPoint, PDFs, lab guides).
Certifications in the relevant domains are a strong advantage.
